I love photographing siblings after a few years, this time my job as a Huntington Woods newborn photographer brought sweet little Benjamin my way. A few years ago I got to met his big brother Bobby.
When Mom and Dad arrived with Bobby, they told me that he’s not the biggest fan of his new little brother. That never seems to be a good start to a session. Since one of my goals is to get some images of the siblings together. But boy, was Bobby ready to charm my camera. He did every little thing we asked of him and then some. He was so curious about what we were up to, he watched us, he helped us, and most of all he snuggled his little brother like it was something he did all the time.
Not only were these two boys as sweet as could be, Benjamin was a champion. He slept so well for his session. We were able to do multiple setups between sibling photos, wrapped poses, props and his table posing. Benjamin was just so calm and sleepy. And Bobby serenaded us with his animal sounds and his adorable little toddler talk. Like all toddlers he loved moving our chairs around, he collected them all in one area, only to move them to another. He even had his parents convinced to sit in them.
At the end of the day, I adore my Huntington Woods newborn photographer work. And I equally love watching your kids grow year after year, and become siblings in the process.
