One of my favorite parts of getting to know my newborn clients is the complimentary mini maternity session I offer.
I think a big part of trusting your newborn photographer is knowing who you are handing your beautiful new baby over to. I can tell you all the things I think are important. Like, I am licensed as a legal business in the state of Michigan. I carry a full insurance policy, not only on my studio and gear, but also liability insurance. I am constantly updating my training, not only virtually (thanks Covid), but also at in person workshops, with some of the biggest names in the newborn industry. I am a big advocate that newborn photographers should have some sort of licensing. There are poses that can be very damaging if not done correctly and safely.
My mini maternity session gives me a chance to introduce myself. I get to explain what lengths I go to, to keep your new little one safe. You can see my studio, my props, all the adorable little pieces I have curated to add finishing details to your session.
