It was so amazing to see Troy and Lisa again, the last time I saw them was at their wedding. Now I get to be their Metro Detroit Newborn Photographer! Their new little girl Serena was just perfect.
This is the 4th time photographing Troy and Lisa, their engagement session was the first time I’d met them. I think I fell in client love immediately. Not only are they the most stunning couple I’ve ever met. They radiate love. The way they look at each other was enough to stop you in your tracks.
I’ve actually coined one of my poses that I now do at weddings “the Troy and Lisa”. Troy actually did this sweet snuggle move at the engagement session and I told him never to stop.
After their wedding day, I hoped that one day I’d meet their kids. Sure enough, I was jumping for joy when their friends contacted me to buy a gift certificate for Lisa’s baby shower.
In the end, Serena was just as beautiful as her mother. She slept through her entire session, and in the end I was able to get her Dad a beautiful image of his girls together.
