Sweet Syren came back to the studio for her 6 month sitter session. I love seeing my newborn clients at this stage. They are so sweet and giggle freely. She wasn’t sitting up 100% yet, but she was so good when she laid on her back or belly.
The best part was that I got to try out some new outfits I purchased for my client closet. She was the most adorable model, even though she brought her serious face!
Sitter sessions are great to plan for right around 6 months. We will get the most variety if they can just sit up by themselves, but aren’t quite mobile yet. If they can sit up, even for just a moment that is a great addition to our session flow. I love capturing them sitting, laying on their back and on their belly. If we’re lucky and they are in a good mood we will pop them in the swing, or in a prop of some sort.
