I couldn’t believe it when this little mop of curls walked into the studio. Charlotte is a big girl now, with big girl curls! She brought in the cutest little Minnie romper for her cake smash session.
We decked the studio out in pink white and gold and my baker Amber made an adorable pink and white smash cake. We played the theme song to her favorite show. We laughed, we cheered, we clapped.
At first she felt unsure. A little hesitant. But a few goldfish, and a little taste of frosting and she was on board. While she didn’t eat it all, or go face first into it. She did take a few bites, and really enjoyed playing in the frosting.
Whatever suits your birthday kid. It’s their day right? I’m always just happy when they don’t cry.
