Method
- In a large non stick skillet, brown italian sausage and onion until sausage is fully cooked.
- Add in pasta, water and marinara sauce. Stir well. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pasta is cooked (took me about 10 minutes, but keep an eye on it, as gluten free pasta can take longer than traditional pasta).
- In a small bown, combine ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella and italian seasoning.
- When pasta is cooked, spoon the cheese mix into the pan, stir to combine.
